the consequences we face in life. Although, we have free will, we know that we can depend on God to provide the right directions and instructions to aide in our choices. Remain strong in prayer with steadfast faith in God.
1. Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”
2. 1 Peter 5:6-7 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
3. Job 11:14-15 If iniquity is in your hand, put it far away, and let not injustice dwell in your tents. Surely then you will lift up your face without blemish; you will be secure and will not fear.

Listening to the Words of Wisdom
Listening and obeying in God’s word, allowing Christ to live in you, and allowing the truth of wisdom reside in you can also lessen consequences of life’s decisions that can lead to worry and fear. With the instructions provided and embedding biblical scriptures of the words of the wise, common sense, level ground thinking, lessens wayward decision making. Through the word and fervent prayer, God will impress on you his true words of wisdom in your heart, mind and soul.
1. Matthew 6:25-34 “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? And which of you by being anxious can.
2. 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
3. Proverbs 12:25 Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.
4. Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
5. Proverbs 14:27 The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, that one may turn away from the snares of death.
6. Psalm 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; all those who practice it have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!
7. Matthew 10:28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
8. Luke 21:34 “But watch yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like a trap.
9. Romans 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
