Anxiety

Anxiety, Stress and Worry
There are moments we may feel frustrated, stressed or worried with no direction. We may feel as though our whole world is crumbling before your eyes. Being overwhelmed with life’s circumstances can trigger our stress levels out of control, leaving us with a feeling of abandonment, insecurity, confusion and chaos. These out of control symptoms can cause illness, discord in relationship and unproductive completeness. Sometimes in life, the slightest triggers can set up moments of stress and anxiety such as: traffic, overwork, family disharmony, economy.
It is comforting to know that the Holy Bible has many scriptures of comfort, happiness and peace to get you through these moments of heightened stress levels. One favorite scripture comes to mind, of course, is Psalms 23. The Bible has many helpful scriptures for dealing with stress and anxiety.
John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid."
